About Us

Higher Education Institutions Medico, Social, Health, Culture and Sports Affairs Department was established in order to support our students in need, depending on the Board of Directors decision in line with the Implementing Regulation. The materials that come to our boutique are carefully sorted out by the boutique staff and placed on the shelves, and the products they like are delivered free of charge to our applicants in exchange for showing their ID cards.

The student boutique, which was established with the aim of supporting the students in need, started its activities in 2019. Our student boutique has also started to bring clothes to schools in provinces and districts. Our boutique offers support to all students of Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University, who are studying at all levels: institute, faculty, high school, vocational high school.

1. Accepts personal and corporate donations to the student boutique, which was established to serve students in need at our university.

2. The donated products are examined by the personnel in charge, 2 copies of the “Material Delivery Report” are prepared by accepting the appropriate products. One copy of the report is delivered to the donor and the other is filed.

3. The second hand materials received are checked on the system and the corporate donations are checked on the invoice and recorded in the warehouse system with their barcodes.

4. The products whose acceptance is completed are placed in departments to be given to students in need.

5. Only Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Students, who study at all levels, can benefit from the boutique facilities.

6. If necessary, daily donation stands can be established in the education and training units of our University in the districts.

7. Although he is a student of our university, he can benefit from the boutique facilities, including those who have retirement funds, students who are registered in Bağkur and SGK.

8. A current account is opened for each student through the student number and every donation made is credited to this account.

9. Students can purchase a maximum of 4 products per year, up to two in a semester.

10. Products delivered to students are deducted from the warehouse records and reported at the end of each month.
